“I enjoy handling personal injury cases because there are more questions of fact and many different facets of the case. Typically, PI cases provide more of a chance to argue, and that is what I love about practicing law…the chance to prove my case…and provide my clients with a successful outcome.”

Mr. Murawski joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2005. His previous experience includes work in premises liability, products liability, municipality defense, construction defect, medical malpractice, mold exposure and bad faith claims. Mr. Murawski served as panel counsel for a major insurer of automobile dealerships and acted as defense counsel for numerous Southern California dealerships on a variety of claims ranging from tort actions to breach of contract actions.

Mr. Murawski successfully drafted and argued a motion for summary judgment which absolved a large equestrian center of liability for extensive personal injuries arising from the trampling of an individual by a “spooked” horse.

He also was a member of a legal team that procured an arbitration award in excess of one million dollars for a major electrical contractor against the owners of a hospital based on breach of contract.
