Ms. Lee joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2007. Her practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions, including entity selection and formation, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and entitlement. Her prior experience includes estate planning, trust and probate administration, and elder law.

Charitable Interests & Community Service

Ms. Lee is a mentor to young students through UCLA Alumni and UCLA Law Alumni. She also works with a mentor through the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Orange County Bar Association.

Ms. Lee also is involved in community service and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County and is a member of Drive for a Cause, a volunteer-based fundraising organization which holds an annual golf tournament and auction to raise funds for various charities in the local community.

Special Notes

While earning her JD at UCLA, Ms. Lee served as editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal. Ms. Lee also externed with the California Court of Appeals and the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Lee was born in Hong Kong and is conversational in Cantonese and Mandarin.
