Ms. Mosley joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2010. Ms. Mosley’s practice focuses on insurance law with a specialization in providing advice to insurance carriers and others regarding questions arising out of commercial, homeowners, renters and automobile policies. A significant part of Ms. Mosley’s work involves taking examinations under oath in all types of claims. Ms. Mosley is experienced with claims involving mortgagee issues and has handled several appellate matters on these issues that are widely cited. Prior to joining Cummins & White, Ms. Mosley had her own firm and previously was a principal at Berger Kahn.

Charitable Interests & Community Service
Ms. Mosley serves as board president of Family Promise of Orange County, an interfaith organization that provides shelter to homeless families. She is a mentor to students at Chapman University and assists as a moot court judge at Southwestern University School of Law. Additionally, she volunteers in support of the South Coast Symphony and is involved with several activities at her church.
Special Notes
Ms. Mosley has given legal advice in several hundred arson claims and is familiar with NFPA 921, a guide established by the National Fire Protection Association. She has taken classes given by the California State Fire Marshall’s office and has frequently been one of the instructors in a class given to firefighters on how to testify in a courtroom. Ms. Mosley regularly gives presentations to clients, other lawyers and the Bar on topics ranging from examinations under oath to lienholder rights.
