Ms. Chang joined Cummins and White, LLP  in 2006. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions in industries such as manufacturing, software development and licensing, import-export, construction, communications, and architecture.  Ms. Chang’s prior experience includes working as an assistant prosecutor for the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey and a judicial clerkship for the criminal division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Passaic County, New Jersey.

Special Notes

Ms. Chang is a New Jersey Supreme Court certified mediator. While attending Rutgers Law School in Newark, Ms. Chang completed a federal externship at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and was a projects editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She was born in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
