Heidi Hayes joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2002. Previously she worked in the advertising industry as an account coordinator, as well as a broadcast production assistant.
Ms. Hayes provides technical support to lawyers and paralegals utilizing state-of-the-art technologies. She has advanced skills using Summation software, allowing her to expertly prepare a case for trial by searching, organizing and analyzing case information, as well as collaborating with co-counsel on a master case database. Additionally, Ms. Hayes is an integral part of the trial team, skillfully managing all of the visual components and evidence, including images of trial exhibits, transcripts and video clips with Sanction software.
Additionally, Ms. Hayes supports lawyers and other paralegals by preparing exhibit notebooks and discovery notebooks, electronic identification of litigation documents, document coding, and deposition transcript tracking.
